Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags and packaging included
  • Products can’t be exchanged or returned in case of a change of mind.

Please note: Customized or personalized items are not returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For all Returns (such as size issues or change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
  • Your exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and verified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
